Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of DistroChef.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans renew monthly or yearly, as selected at checkout, until canceled. The plan price is shown on our Pricing page. Creem is the Merchant of Record for purchases through our checkout. Creem shows the final total and applicable taxes before payment, collects payment, and provides the invoice. Your purchase is also subject to the Creem Buyer Terms.
Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription through the Creem Customer Portal, available from the Billing option in your account menu or the link in your purchase email. Sign in to Creem with the email address used at checkout. Cancellation stops future renewals. Check the portal for the effective date; access to paid features may end when the cancellation takes effect. Your existing project data is not automatically deleted when the subscription ends.
Refunds
We do not offer voluntary refunds for subscription payments. This does not limit any refund, withdrawal, or other remedy required by applicable law or available under the Creem Buyer Terms. For a billing or product problem, contact us using the details on your purchase receipt. Creem handles refunds for purchases made through its checkout.
Using the service
Use DistroChef only for projects you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for reviewing actions, content, and decisions before they affect third parties.
Your account and access
Keep your account credentials and OAuth access tokens confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account or authorized API and MCP clients.
Human control
DistroChef can prepare and coordinate distribution work, but you remain responsible for final decisions and for complying with the rules of any third-party service you use. Required approvals, authentication, and other human handoffs must be completed by an authorized person.
Availability
We may change, suspend, or improve the service as it evolves. Do not rely on DistroChef as the sole record of business-critical information.
